How does the trial work?
Every new account starts with 30 days of Pro with every feature, no credit card, and it never turns into a paid plan on its own.
What happens after the trial?
Your account moves to Free. Nothing is locked or deleted: time tracking, projects and AI capture keep running, AI sessions older than 30 days are only hidden. Book Pro later and your full history is back at once.
What does Free include?
One user, unlimited time tracking, projects and clients, complete AI capture, AI sessions and costs of the last 30 days, the dashboard, Git commits and CSV export of your working hours. No time limit.
Are the prices net?
Yes, all prices are excl. VAT. Time Momentum is offered to businesses only, including freelancers. With a valid VAT ID from another EU country, you are billed without German VAT (reverse charge).
How do I cancel?
Any time in the customer portal, under Plan in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term, monthly or yearly, and Pro stays active until then. Without cancellation, the plan renews for the same term.
Why are the API and CLI Pro only?
AI capture with tm and the Stream Deck timer also work in Free. Read and write access through the REST API, the other tm commands and your AI agents is Pro. With Pro, your AI does the billing for you, and everything stays in Time Momentum.
