Your client sees what is behind the result.
A client progress report from Time Momentum shows the working time, AI sessions and commits behind a project. You decide what goes in and how much detail your client sees.

Commits as a list, per week or per project.
Project costs
Expenses of the project, with or without amounts.
Your own items
Work that was never tracked, such as a workshop or an acceptance meeting, plus a note.
Show AI effort without billing it
Many clients pay a fixed price or by the hour and never see the AI work behind it. A report can show it anyway: how many sessions ran, how long the agents worked and how much was processed. Tokens and cost are separate switches, so you can show the effort without showing what it cost you.
A report never bills anything. Work that is already on an invoice can appear in it, and nothing in it blocks a later invoice.
Time sheet for clients, attached to the invoice
The invoice condenses, the timesheet lists. Both draw on the same work.
- Create the timesheet from an invoice: it takes over the invoice's selection, so “Working time: 42 h” on the invoice becomes 42 hours entry by entry in the timesheet.
- The invoice PDF carries the timesheet as extra pages in its own layout. Issuing the invoice finalizes the attached timesheet in the same step.
- Six layouts that match your invoice layouts, or your own. Optional signature field for your client's confirmation.
- Its own number range, assigned on finalizing. Download as PDF, Excel or CSV.
Timesheet or progress report
- Timesheet: the billable work of a period, as proof for the invoice.
- Progress report: all work of a period, non-billable work marked as such. Commits are grouped by week.
- In both, you can add or remove individual entries.
Your agent writes the report

Frequently asked questions
What is a client progress report?
A document for your client that shows what went into a project over a period: working time, AI sessions with runtime, commits, project costs and your own items. In Time Momentum it is built from the work you already tracked, so you do not write it from memory.
Does my client need an account?
No. You send the report as PDF, Excel or CSV, or it travels as extra pages of the invoice PDF.
Can I change a report after finalizing it?
Yes, you can set it back to draft, which discards the stored PDF. Once it is attached to an issued invoice, it stays as it was issued.
